Instructions
1. Scraping the end ring of the lead column: one hand pierces the trigger rod into the cylinder's trigger hole and holds it, the other hand inserts the scraper into the end ring hole of the lead column so that the blade contacts the end face. Press with both hands and rotate 1-2 circles in the opposite direction to scrape a new lead end face. Scrape another lead cylinder end ring in the same way, as shown in Figure 4.

2. Squeeze and pull: Hold the lead column with the pull rod in both hands to make the scraped lead surfaces butt joint, squeeze and pull the pull rod in the opposite direction to make the two lead surfaces stagger at a small angle (5 °~10 ° is enough), stop pulling when it is hard to handle, and the two lead bodies can be firmly engaged, as shown in Figure 5.

3. After hanging weight or pulling in pairs, you can use a toggle lever to pull it away. When docking again, it is not necessary to scrape again, as long as the two lead end faces are staggered from the original suction mark position, the overstock toggle will still be firmly engaged.

Squeeze and toggle with an extruder: as shown in Figure 3, align the scribed lines of the two scraped lead bodies and place them in the extruder frame, so that the tip of the bolt rod is against the conical concave at the top of the lead column. If it is a little difficult to rotate the rotary handle, tighten it by about 180 °, and pull the pull rod to make the two scribed lines stagger at a small angle. If it is hard to use your hands, stop pulling. The two lead bodies are more firmly engaged, and students can be organized to perform the "tug of war".

Maintenance and precautions
1. The lead end must be brand new and bright when scraping. Do not touch or touch other dirt on the scraped lead ring surface. The blade must be sharp. If it scrapes off a layer of lead shavings, it proves that the blade is sharp; If the lead powder is scraped off, the lead surface is not bright, indicating that the blade is not sharp (or the extrusion force is insufficient). When the blade is blunt, remove it and use a fine stone mill. When the blade is broken, the common pencil sharpening blade can be used instead.

2. When the two lead pillars are connected, they should be aligned at one time. If they are not aligned, they should leave immediately. Do not move back and forth to avoid damaging the new lead surface.

3. After the two lead columns are connected, extrusion and pulling should be carried out at the same time. The extrusion is weak, and it is easy to form large area sliding when it is pulled. If you continue to move when it is hard to handle, the best pull in state will be damaged or even disengaged. If it is found that the lead end face has formed several ash spots after multiple butt jointing, it needs to be scraped again.

4. Do not squeeze too tightly when using the extrusion frame. Too tight will deform the lead column, and it is also difficult to achieve shifting dislocation. If it is pulled by force under the condition of too tight, the lead column will twist, causing the riveting part between the rigid body and the lead body to loosen, and even breaking the extrusion frame.
